Melissa Andreotti

To have a job that you LOVE is rare.  To WANT to go to work is virtually unheard of.   As a stylist of 8 years, Melissa feels very blessed to have both.  Her LOVE for her craft and WANT to work harder can be seen through her dedication and creativity.

Melissa grew up doing hair.  She styled her first wedding hair when she was 10 years old, and was the go-to girl when it came to dances and other special occasions.  After graduating from Portland State University with a Bachelors degree in science, her passion for all things beauty led her back to school to obtain her cosmetology license.  She began her career at a small salon and built her clientele through her reputation of being well educated, open and naturally talented.  While still working behind the chair, Melissa became an educator for AG hair cosmetics and received an incredible amount of education from some of the most talented stylists and creative directors in the business.   

Melissa takes pride in her work and views her clients as walking advertisements for her work.  She strives to give her clients a look that will showcase their individual beauty and will have people stopping them on the streets asking, “Who did your hair?”  She educates her clients about how to maintain and replicate their look and create amazing, healthy hair.

Melissa’s strengths include hair design, color, texture, styling, special occasions, and facial waxing.    She specializes in all hair types and textures, including multi-cultural and ethnic hair.  Melissa is a specialist with curly, frizzy and out of control hair.  She has extensive experience with Brazilian keratin treatments and relaxers.   

Melissa was trained by Harroin Salon in Hollywood, CA in all methods of hair extensions.  She specially designs hair extensions according to hair type, texture and her client’s desired look.    She also offers feather extensions and tinsel extensions (hair flares).

With a background in science, a creative mind, and a love of family, Melissa is able to connect with her clients at a level beyond most stylist/client relationships.  She listens, suggests, educates and cares.  Find yourself in her chair and you will enjoy a one of a kind salon experience.
