Suites Lease Pricing

Suites may be used for any purpose. The labeling of each suite is what the owner would prefer, but any licensed profession will be considered.

Suite 1 – HEALING SUITE – 196 sq ft – $106/day

Suite 2 – ESTHETICS – 100 sq ft - Two Stations - $1250/mo each

Suite 3 – MASSAGE – 159 sq ft – $55/day
Table, linen service, storage provided

Suite 4 – NATURAL NAILS – 146 sq ft – $1550/mo

Suite 5 – TATTOO – 191 sq ft – $1800/mo
Tables, storage, stools provided (2)

Suite 6 – HAIR* – 196 sq ft – Two Stations – $1800/mo each
2 stations with chairs and mirrors, and 1 shampoo bowl provided. Stylists from the salon can rent one chair at a day rate or $10/hr

*For clients that don’t want to or can't be seen in public (wigs, hair loss, religious reasons or celebrity clientele).
